AUGUSTA DENTAL SOCIETY
Established by local dentists prior to 1960. Dr.’s Ron Bowers, Dick Clardy, and Bill Holden all began practicing dentistry in Augusta in the 1960's, with Bill having started the earliest. The ADS was up and running before they even began practicing in Augusta. The founding members actively worked to help establish the dental school.
